How to Obtain Electronically Certified Official Documents Online:

Visit https://records.manateeclerk.com/OfficialRecords/Search and locate the official document for which you need an electronically certified copy.

On the details page for any official record that supports electronic certification, you will find the “Purchase an E-Certified Copy” button.

After purchase, you will receive an email from certifiedcopy@ManateeClerk.com containing the certified document in an encrypted PDF format. The time it takes to receive the electronically certified document depends on your email provider. Please provide a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. Also, remember to check your unsolicited mail or junk mail folder.

To view the electronically certified document, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When you open the document in Adobe Reader, the program will verify its authenticity and confirm the certifier’s identity, and ensure that no changes have been made since the records office issued the document.

You may also print the electronically certified copy and use it for your purposes. To verify the authenticity of the printout, scan the QR code on the first page of the document. This will allow you to download the original document from the ministry’s files for direct online comparison.
